tomatoes, brown onions, salt, sugar, white vinegar, curry powder, mustard powder, cayenne pepper, plain flour
Peel the tomatoes (you can use ANY type of tomatoes for relish)
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and onions with salt and stand overnight
Add sugar and vinegar and boil
Add spice mixture and simmer
Add to sterilised jars and seal
