Black Cat Rocky Road

- 200 grams vanilla marshmallows
- 170 gram bag of black cats
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 350 grams milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
Chop marshmallows roughly.
Set aside 12 black cats and cut the remaining cats in half or thirds.
Combine chopped marshmallows and chopped black cats in a bowl. Add cornflakes, crushing a little with your hands as you add into the mixing bowl.
Melt chocolate in microwave, cooking in 20 second bursts and stirring between each burst.
Pour chocolate into mixing bowl and stir to combine all ingredients.
Pour mixture into a slice tin that has been lined with baking tray.
Place into fridge and allow to set for at least a couple of hours.
Chop into small squares before serving.
