- 300 grams beef mince
- 1 small-medium onion
- ⅔ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup rice, uncooked
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1-2 pinches salt
- 4 fresh white rolls
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-proof bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic food wrap and place in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Remove from microwave. Carefully uncover (noting steam may escape) and stir. Cover again with plastic food wrap and place in microwave on high for 7 minutes.
Remove from microwave oven and allow to cool for a minute or two. Carefully uncover again (noting steam may escape). Stir.
Cut rolls in half horizontally, place cooked mince mixture into rolls and serve.
