Base
Grease a slice tin (around 27 x 17cm) with butter and then line with baking paper, leaving extra on sides (to pull the slice from the tin once set).
Crush the biscuits until they resemble fine breadcrumbs using a rolling pin, chopper or food processor. Place into a large mixing bowl.
Add condensed milk, melted butter and melted white chocolate and stir to combine.
Chop mixed lollies into small pieces and add to the mixture. Stir through the mixture until evenly distributed.
Press the biscuit mixture into the prepared slice tin and smooth with the back of a metal tablespoon.
Topping
Pour the melted chocolate over the base and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Arrange mixed lollies on top of slice, pressing them gently into the chocolate before it sets.
Place into the fridge to set for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Once set, remove slice from the tin by lifting the edges of the baking paper. Cut into 15 pieces using a sharp knife and store in the fridge.
