This 4-ingredient Easy Dill Mayonnaise will transform your fish and vegetable creations, and goes especially well with rissoles, fritters and other fried things.

How to make Dill Mayonnaise
To make this lovely dill sauce you'll need:
- ½ lemon, juice only
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill)
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (store bought or homemade).
You might like to add a little salt and pepper, to taste, too.
Once you have all the ingredients measured out, you just whisk it all together.
Voila!
Dill Mayonnaise should last a week or more stored in the fridge (depending on the type of mayo you use) and will truly take your fish cakes, tuna patties, tempura veges, Salmon Rissoles – you get the idea – to the next level.
Enjoy!
